ABOUT ME

Ian and I are friendly ppl who enjoy having people over. We have been in Bonn for a couple of months now (Ian since end of 2010, Andrea for a bit longer) and would be happy to show you around.
We met whilst traveling and still enjoy going on vacation and little trips, though the days of long overland travels seem to be over.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment we am not doing as much traveling as we'd like, hence we are happy to accommodate fellow travelers and hear about your stories.
We're also interested to meet you for a coffee or beer in the evenings or weekends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Having traveled a lot in a number of places we have made some great experiences with people (though no couch surfers) who took us into their homes, showing us around and giving us a close insight into their culture. It makes such a big difference to visiting a place as a tourist 'only'.

I would like to give back some of the kindness I have experienced and hopefully will continue to experience in the future.

兴趣

One of the most important aspects of foreign travels is the local cuisine. We could plan a trip entirely around the culinary highlights or a region.

Listening to people's travel experiences, or for that matter talk to people from other parts of the world.

Hiking, and nature in general, is something we very much enjoy.

I am pretty good at avoiding art museums. I rather walk around the city, have a look at the architecture (museums are usually beautiful buildings from the outside ;-), take in the atmosphere and enjoy local food.
