I just want to get away and see a world beyond my own. I love learning about the different cultures and the history that goes with them. I love to hear stories about how others live and their experiences and opinions of Americans.

ABOUT ME

I love to travel more than anything else in this world. I have had an opportunity to see and meet so many amazing people along the way. I am half Dutch and half Persian. My Father has traveled all over the world and would always come back and tell me the most amazing stories. Because of my father I have a great respect for Europe and the other parts of the world. My goal is to visit countries all over the world. I hope to visit Africa next year and to see more of Europe when I visit at the end of May.

I live my life by respecting myself and others. I have an open mind and open heart. I do not judge different cultures. I want to be a good person that leaves a positive impression of Americans throughout the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have lived on many couches over my lifetime. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have stayed on my friend Priscilla's couch (her profile is on couchsurfing.org) and enjoyed staying in Denver. I would rather stay up late and sleep during the morning hours. I am very respectful to others and their space. I make sure to keep the couch clean and clean up after myself and pick up to make life easier for my host.

Interests

I love soccer! (football or futbol) It is my passion and I love watching and playing too. I used to play defense and in the midfield as well. My second passion is dancing. I love to get on the dance floor and let all the stress in my life just fall away. I love history and going to museums too.

I love all different types of music. I like popular music Madonna, Justin Timberlake. I like 80's music Bon Jovi, Journey. I love Boys II Men and Kanye West too. I love anything you can dance to like salsa and belly dancing as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed to the top of mt.Vesuvius. and cruised the mediterranean. I have survived earthquakes, blizzards, tornadoes and flooding while living in the USA.

I know a lot about the American health care system which everyone is alway curious about. I have lived all over the USA and can tell people a lot about the different areas. I also play soccer and can dance too.
