Discovering the world of commitments...
I'm finishing Med School in 2013 and spending my last year of studies abroad in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. This will be a another great opportunity to meet a lot of people and different ways of life (and medicine!). Furthermore it's the last chance to do something very independently, before entering the world of work and commitments.

Ok, maybe i forgot to mention, I'm also very interested in Philosophy *smile*. Well, i think that everybody himself is the sense of (his/her) life. Every day, every minute can be so exciting. Most of the time, it's up to yourself - you can see things in so many different ways. But it's up to you, which way you choose. In general, I tend to be maybe a little bit emotional. But to be honest, i like that ;-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
First of all, it's a unique chance to get in contact with so many people. I prefer meeting people and seeing the every-day-life instead of touristic sightseeing or the impersonal and separating settings of hotels.
At the moment, we are Couchsurfing around the world, doing our last internships of med school - right now in Melbourne, Australia. We means Sarah and me. Find him on his own profile ;)
When I was traveling 2008 in Australia, I had the great chance to meet a couple of people via CouchSurfing and surfed several couches. From the very beginning on I'm absolutely enthused of the CS idea and that it works so well! I love to see so many nice and friendly people out there! Recently I had the pleasure to surf a Couch in Austria itself (my home country, why not!?) and meet up with CS-friends. I love it!
Hm, I'm interested in a lot of things. Maybe most of all in the exchange with other people. Before i started my med studies, i wanted to study psychology. And I'm still interested in this direction.
I'm also very interested in music. I think its a beautiful way to express feelings. I really like to play the guitar or the piano. Even when I'm not really a genius in it *haha*

Music, Movies, and Books
I love acoustic music, self made music. I really like U2 and most of the "softern" music. I really enjoy reading books. Unfortunately I hardly have any time, because i prefer people and having a good conversation, to books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2008 I jumped out of a plane in New Zealand - SKY DIVING is pretty amazing! By the way, I'm a volunteer fire fighter in Austria. And it's great, having such a good time with comrades and helping others at the same time!
And, of course, it's Couchsurfing! I love the idea so much! And Daniel just showed me how to implement fancy stuff like this:
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, the last two years I guided some interships in medical conversation technics as a student assistant. was a hard but good time! I love to share what I already learned in life :)
