About Me

I have a deep hunger for adventure—not just stamps in a passport, but the kind of experiences that leave your soul buzzing. Cliff jumping, speeding down coastal roads, and chasing live music under open skies are my kind of therapy. When I’m not hunting thrills, you’ll find me lost in deep convos about life, culture, and the hidden stories that make a place real. I seek out what locals love.

Music is my heartbeat. Jorja Smith, Central Cee, Drake, Sonder’s late-night vibes, Brent Faiyaz’s smooth RnB, Tyga and more—my playlists are my moods. I’m a girl who believes the right song can turn a stranger into a friend.

Host me if you’re down for: kindness, spontaneity, adventures, or like karak tea/coffee. If you do not want to hang, I can give you quiet and space. I clean up after myself, and would leave your place better than I found it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve been traveling solo since I was 17—not just to see places, but to live them. To me, travel isn’t only about selfies in front of monuments; it’s about sitting at tables with locals, learning how to swear in their language, and understanding what makes their hometown irreplaceable. Humans are wired for connection, and Couchsurfing is one of my favorite ways to find it: raw, real, and reciprocal.

Want to teach me how to cook your grandma’s favorite dish? I’ll trade you stories from my life or help you practice English (as I am a native). Want to show me your city’s dance clubs/bars (No partner dancing. I prefer individual dancing.) or quietest sunset spot? I’m the girl. I don't drink alcohol, so I'll be sipping something else lol

For me, the best souvenirs are adventures and the kind of friendships that outlast borders. If you’re the type who believes strangers are just friends you haven’t met yet, let’s prove it.

Music, Movies, and Books

🎵 Soundtrack of My Life:
My playlists swing from Pop Smoke’s energy to underground indie hip-hop you’ve probably never heard of (but should). Music isn’t just background noise—it’s my happy place. Catch me at 'window shoping/hunting' for vinyl in some record shop or convincing you to dance like no one’s watching.

📚 Bookshelf Confessions:
Yes, I unironically love Twilight and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (fight me). Also guilty: devouring Fifty Shades "for the plot." But I balance it out with self-help books that make me productive.

🎬 Movie Nights (Outdoors, Preferably):
Classic Disney animations (Cinderella), Twilight (yes, again), and He’s Just Not That Into You for when I need to laugh at dating chaos. But I’m also the one to watch Inception or The Great Gatsby’s. Spy movies? Yes. And I’ll always say yes to a documentary (that interests me)—especially if it’s about unsolved mysteries or weird cultural deep dives.

⚠️ Disclaimer: I love this stuff, but you won’t catch me binge-watching indoors all day probs. I’d rather be learning a local dance, hunting cool spots, or chatting/reading over matcha at a park.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled to around 50 countries before the age of 21.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach:
🗣️ Language hacks – Let’s language swap! I can teach you phrases in Norwegian or help you master English while chatting.
🌍 Cultural deep-dives – I’ll teach about some of the fascinating cultures I’ve collected.
🎶 Music deep cuts – Whether it’s chilling to UK, Russian, Arabic, etc music—I’ve got playlists and industry insights.

Learn:
📖 Your local folklore – Teach me the myths, superstitions, or family tales that don’t make it into guidebooks.
🔥 Adrenaline secrets – Best cliff-jumping spots? Underground racing routes? I’m all ears.
🍜 Street food – Show me how to eat locally the right way.

Share:
🌍 Stories from 70+ countries – Like that time I worked in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry in Seoul, South Korea.
💡 Self-help book takeaways – I’ll share the best (and most questionable) life advice I’ve collected.

What I Can Share with Hosts

⛷️ Ski Lessons (If There’s Snow!) – My college job was teaching people to ski, so if we’re near slopes, I’ll have you carving turns in no time.

💪 Workout Motivation – Down for a swim, outdoor gym session, or sunrise hike? I’ll be your hype girl to get moving—workouts taste better not alone. :)

🧹 Cleaning & Organizing Magic – Weirdly passionate about turning chaos into order (yes, only if you want). Hosting me means leaving your space cleaner than we found it.

🎧 An Open Ear & Zero Judgment – Need to vent, brainstorm, or debate life’s big questions over coffee? I’m all in.
