I'm an Ayurveda practitioner, biomagnetism and flower therapist.
I usually live in Cuba 6 months per year, following ayurvedic and permaculture projects, especially ayurvedic nutrition workshops, also cooking courses.

I follow ahimsa, I am a spiritual person, I travel searching for communities in which life and nature are celebrated through the development of inner awareness and environmental sustainability. I look for centers where meditation, yoga and other oriental disciplines, dancing, martial and visual arts, simple living, permaculture or organic cultivation are practiced. I would like to expand my knowledge on african and abya yala-american cultures, shamanism.
