Overview
About Me
I'm a marine biologist and graduate student living in a gritty beach town on the Gulf coast! I stay quite busy with working and school at the moment but enjoy every minute as much as possible outside my commitments.
I've lived a few places around the world teaching scuba diving before returning here to Texas to build on my interests in marine resource management.
Native English speaker, my Spanish is fairly good - always willing to practice!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Making connections with new people from different cultures, backgrounds, generations, and minds.
Interests
Staying active: (surfing, yoga, climbing, most forms of exercise, camping, live music, outside anything!). Taking it easy: learning new principles of thought, cultures, natural sciences...I try to constantly engage myself in new learning opportunities.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I travelled around some corners of the world for a few years working as a scuba instructor and that experience as a whole changed my life.
