关于我

ABOUT ME

Hey everyone, I'm a 26 year old American guy who just finished his Masters in International Relations in Sweden. I grew up in a small town in the Deep South in the US, and I always envisioned of escaping and seeing the world. Thus, I've spent my adult life trying to see as much as possible. I've volunteered at a primary school in Cape Town, worked at a pet product factory in France, studied in Sydney, interned in Munich, and researched in Phnom Penh for extended periods of time, ranging from 3 months to 2 years. I'm an easy going guy who loves to hang out with his friends, discover new places, and spend hours at cafes.

音乐、电影和书籍

can't go wrong with hip hop, r&b, top 40, and alternative music

Movies: thrillers, dirty comedies, and my one guilty pleasure: mean girls (haters gonna hate)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I feel like people here have these cliche stories about a new skyline, or a sunrise or something like that. And I definitely have a ton of those memories, where you feel truly alive or lucky to be alive. But I've also had other experiences that left me like that. Something as simple as being surrounded by my friends at a Thanksgiving dinner in Sweden with the snow falling outside and the house filled with burning white candles. Or sitting face to face sipping coffee with the US Ambassador to Cambodia discussing LGBT issues. Or sitting at a kitchen table hearing my host grandmother tell stories of apartheid while teaching me how to cook. These little memories mean more to me than a geographically pretty setting.
