About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To get into a rockin' grad school!
ABOUT ME
Twenty-something. Apprehensive about graduate school applications, but ecstatic about a career in anthropology. Couldn't live without my dark chocolate or Iron and Wine.
PHILOSOPHY
Be who you are and say what you want, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind. (Amen, Dr. Seuss!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Poorly. I nearly forgot I had a CouchSurfing account between August '06 and May '07. Yikes. It's my goal to be a better potential hostess to anyone who contacts me in need of a casa to crash at.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet! Change that and come hang out with me. :)
Interests
Chocolate, concerts and music, cafes, great books, dogs, yoga, old houses, roadtrips, the sun, natural health, and meeting people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Lots!

Books: Steinbeck, Hemingway... Also: The Giver, The Bridge to Terabithia, Running with Scissors, and The Little Prince.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1) In Israel: Standing on a shore of Caesarea during sunset near Haifa. 2) In Tunisia: Standing under the jasmine and roses, listening to a muezzin's voice bounce under the clouds as he performed the recitation that breaks the fast during Ramadan. Also in Tunisia: Taking a mineral bath with my two girl friends in a 2,000-year-old Roman hot spring/himam in the mountains near Kef.
