Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I can host 1 or 2 people, plus up to 2 children welcome too.
PLEASE NOTE the following:- I participate in couch surfing as a cultural exchange. Living in Cornwall I get many, many requests to stay but I only accept, genuine CS requests from people who want to at least eat and talk together.
I am not in a position financially to cater for lots of meals, so self sufficiency is encouraged. If staying two nights please be prepared to cook one of them. Unfortunately due to some difficult experiences I generally only accept people for up to 2 nights., on exception 3.
I rent my house out on Airbnb at peak times so cannot always accommodate.
I will only consider personal requests not copy and paste requests so please mention the word Razorclam to demonstrate you have at least read my profile! I was born here and have lived in Bristol, London, Sydney, Amsterdam and Calcutta, I love Cornwall and know it well. We live in quiet village in central cornwall very near the sea and many beautiful places
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Couchsurfed in Belize, India, Germany and Italy, and they were the best part of my travels there. Have enjoyed my hosting so far with only a couple of exceptions :) haha !

Being a mermaid, snorkelling, exploring,adventures, coasteering, surfing, people, art, culture, have been in a world championship rowing crew.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had the good fortune to see and experience many amazing things in my life, from Humpback whales to the Angel falls, Sunsets all over the world, the Iditarod in Alaska, meeting the Dalai Lama, explored the jungles of Peru, I have run the London Marathon, skydived, potholed, scuba dived, won 3rd place in a world championship in rowing..
Many things excite me from a chance deer in the woods, to a beautiful shell on a beach, there is so much to love and appreciate about our planet.
