ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty laid back easy going person who loves loves loves to travel. I love meeting new people from different countries and cultures. The most important thing in my life is family and life long friends. I've traveled a fair bit including backpacking round Europe with friends and I also did a solo round the world trip in 2008/9. Every time i visit a new destination it just leaves me hungry for more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I bought a small 1 bedroom house a few years ago so I only have couch space fof hosting.

I have been hosted before and it was a great experience.

Interests

Travelling is my most favourite thing to do!! My second passion is Music. I fell in love with Country music after working and travelling in the USA. My Ipod has the ability to mentally transport me somewhere exotic when im in between travel adventures, i'd be lost without it. Hanging out with friends and spending time with my family.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite movies include Big Business, The Shawshank Redemption, Dirty Dancing and Sleepers.
A few fav books are anything by Bill Bryson, although In to the Woods is my favourite Eat.Pray.Love. On The Road by Jack Kerouac, and anything by Roald Dahl lol.
Favourite musicians - anything country! Especially Little Big Town Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert. I also love old school Soul and blues.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ventured on a year long round the world trip on my own, visiting 6 different countries including the USA, Fiji, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand.
