I first arrived in Japan in 2007 and I am currently living near the Imperial Palace while working full-time in Central Tokyo- Otemachi Financial District. As someone who lives in the center of this megacity, I enjoy exploring, spending time and walking my guests to some of Tokyo's non-touristy spots and give them a glimpse of a day in my life as a Tokyoite for many years.

I also enjoy hanging out, engaging in deep conversations, learning your culture and build lifelong friendships. I value equanimity and slow-pace of life to balance the vibrant, bustling character of this city. I am a huge fan of sky restaurants offering expansive, unobstructed city views. I am in constant search of cafes tucked in the hidden corners of Tokyo and visit gardens, shrines and temples. During my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies and do yoga and meditation. I do not go to clubs or bars and I refrain from going to crowded places.

3. Please let me know if you have any food allergies so I could plan in advance a nice welcome dinner for you. I do not like people who dishonor commitments and has no word of honor.

4. As the sale of new train cards are currently suspended due to supply shortage, I suggest you get the train card available upon arrival at the airport to facilitate our journey in Tokyo and avoid the queue of buying tickets each time we take the train.

5. I appreciate if you could maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of my apartment in the same manner when you arrived. I am very particular with this. Remember, nothing is more fulfilling than coming home to a place that is tidy and fresh.

6. I admire people who take the initiative of helping me sort things in my apartment and follow my house rules.

7. If you have any clothes due for washing, place them on a basket and we will wash it.

8. Toiletries are available for your convenience.

9. If you have any heart problems, hypertension, exhibiting flu-like symptoms and have not been vaccinated from corona virus, kindly consider staying somewhere else.

10. To facilitate our communication, we can also talk via IG. Due to spam messages, I do not share my whatsapp or any other messenger apps for that matter.

11. If you are a freeloader, messy, disorganized, uncooperative, loud, incorrigible, drunkard, tinder and pokemon go addict inter alia, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A MESSAGE.
