ABOUT ME

I hold a few jobs, depending on the time of year. Went to school for ECT and am utilizing that as a Damage Control Specialist for Frontier Communications. But during the winter, when that slows down, I am also a registered lobbyist through my state. (Of Washington!)

I love to listen and talk about everyone's life journeys or experience. I am a pretty fun drinker, and love to go out and just have fun in general. I do not watch TV at all but do love the occasional movie (or two or three).

Just a smart, kind, and respectable person who likes to dress "too nicely" as I'm often told. But hey, you can never look too nice in my opinion.

Though, if you do have anything else you want to know about me... feel free to ask!

PHILOSOPHY

This is it. This is life. The one you get, so go and have a ball! Because the world doesn't move to the beat of just one drum. What may be right for you, may not be right for some. You take the good. You take the bad. You take them both, and there you have, my opening statement.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I'm new so I'm not totally sure how I can fully participate. But I think I have a simple idea nonetheless:

1) Host one or two people in my living room as I have no spare bed.

2) Take 'em around to see what there is in Oak Harbor and on the island in general, and even over to the mainland if it is on a weekend where having fun means going to Seattle and the large surrounding area.

**Though my time is limited, so I can't do last minute stays in most cases. It usually has to be over a months notice**

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The only thing I can think of since I'm new to CS, is my "unofficial" CS where I would just crash at my friend's house and we would just have fun! Haha... what else could one ask for?

Movies: I love all kinds of movies, pretty much something from every genre.

Music: Oh man, anything that has a beat! My personal favorites though are 80's rock, techno, foreign, Alternative... everything!

Books: I pretty much only read non-fiction, because I'm nerdy like that. Haha, but, my favorite fiction is To Kill A Mockingbird. I absolutely love that book.

I've jumped off a bridge just so someone could get a picture of it solely on a whim. That was pretty epic.

I want to learn from other people. Their language, their culture, their way of mingling. I guess I would kind of want the same thing likewise. I would like to know that I was able to share some insight on someone I've met through CS.
