Surviving my return to reality and reflecting on my amazing experiences travelling this past year

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in a small town in Manitoba, Canada. Lived in the same house up until I was 19, when I moved to the city in our province for my university. Studied for 4 years and am now a licenced physiotherapist. I met my wife while going to univeristy who is also a physio. I am into different sports for different seasons because we get quite the change in weather! Love playing hockey in the winter, have been playing for almost 20 years. Golf in the summer and love being at the lake for wakeboarding and waterskiing. Have recently discovered a love for food and cooking which came about from watching Masterchef Australia!

PHILOSOPHY

There's a million opportunities to explore out there, it just takes the effort of the first step to get started. Often I feel that society doesn't agree with taking a break from the day to day grind of working, but get away from that type of thinking and it's a much better life!

Walked through the Colliseum in Rome, it's staggering to see that structure and picture it in it's early days.
