Stayed in 3 households in Asheville NC when I first moved there a few years ago. A great way to begin!

I love playing guitar and singing, listening to music, reading books, gardening, nature-wilderness, traveling, dreaming, cats, trees, OMing, shamanism, spirituality, psychedelic experience and culture, good conversations, silliness.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I play guitar with a friend who plays handpan. I love all kinds of music, from the Beatles to Victor Jara to kora music to Debussy to Indian ragas to Willie Nelson.

Movies....I am not a huge movie buff....but my favorites are films by Wes Anderson, in particular The Darjeeling Limited and The Grand Budapest Hotel. Other movies I am quite fond of are, randomly: Yellow Submarine, Dumb and Dumber, Harold and Maude, Forest Gump, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and Coco.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I camped backcountry in Joshua Tree NP for an entire month.
