ABOUT ME
We are a married couple living in downtown Portland.
We were traveling in Europe and looking for an adventure and we had a wonderful experience couchsurfing our way through Europe. We are excited to be able to host people traveling in the US.
PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We had such a great time couchsurfing while we were traveling that we want to share that experience with others. We can host during the weekend and we are great tour guides!
This was written during our travels:
So far in our travels, we have found that we have the best experience of a city when we spend time with local people. We like that couch surfing adds this experience to our travels and gives us the opportunity to build relationships with people from other countries. It is a wonderful way to get to know European culture and people.

Music, Movies, and Books
We absolutely love to read, listen/play music, and watch movies!
Trevor studied English Literature in university and plays guitar and Simone enjoys reading books/watching movies with interesting social themes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We started our travels in France and are working our way south and east until we reach Turkey, and then we will turn around and head back north and west until we reach France again. So far, we have seen so many beautiful parts of Europe and had great experiences, our favorites include sailing on the French Riviera, being at the top of Mount Blanc, and having wonderful, unique food in each region we visit.
Teach, Learn, Share
We can share a bit of our traveling experience, west-coast American culture (including cooking), and great conversation. We want to learn all about other cultures and build relationships. If possible, we like to engage in culture through language, food, art, history, and common experiences.
