ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurous person that loves to travel. I love to run in the mountains and be in the outdoors as much as possible. I compete in ultra marathons, mtn bike races, kayak events etc...

I'm really easy to get along with. I enjoy great food, coffee and beer.

I coach athletes and teach folks how to stay injury free and live healthy and active lifestyles.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I'm inspired by people that overcome hard times and adversity to enjoy life to the fullest.

One of the coolest things I've done is run for 24 hours to raise money for victims of sexual assault and abuse in LA. I was able to raise $10K in the process.
