ABOUT ME

Hi,

my name is Triambak, but everyone calls me Trim, I was born in Palma de Mallorca, but soon moved to Barcelona.

As a kid, and due to life circumstances, I lived in countries like Holland, North India and the Basque Country. I later moved back to Barcelona and have lived and studied there. I had a brief stint in the Canary Islands, to surf, and forget about college for a while.

Last year I moved to London for 6 months to do a research internship and then to Brooklyn, NYC for 3 months to spend the money I made during the internship.

I have also done small trips in Spain and to Holland, France, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Portugal, South India and Morocco.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a vegan, I believe in the right to live and not to be hurt of any living being. That's about all, I think everyone should feel free to do whatever they want to, if they don't hurt anyone else in any aspect of their lives.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been great! I have had guests from France, Germany, UK and Sweden and we have had a lot of fun.

Interests

I live to surf. I snowboard and skateboard too.

I love reading classic books, nothing after the 80's probably.

I grew up listening to California skate-punk, than to hardcore and now I listen to indie and jazz too.

I tend to prefer B&W movies, and old books (specially beat generation books)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Live is amazing, so just getting out most of it would be the most amazing thing I've done, and right now I'm trying to pull that out.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can talk to you in English and Spanish fluently. I recently started learning Swedish. My highschool french is in terrible shape.

I just enjoy listening and talking to people, about most of things. "Professionally" I can teach you Evolution and General Biology stuff, and also more of the lab rat molecular stuff. I'm also currently studying Banking and Finance, so we can talk about capitalism as much as you want.

We can go surfing, snowboarding or skateboarding and then come back late and cook a vegan dinner, or not.
