About Me

Hi! I'm Trini, I'm 27 years old and I'm a clinical psychologist from Argentina. I’m deeply curious about people — not just their minds (don’t worry, I don’t psychoanalyze anyone off the clock!) but also their cultures, customs, stories, and the way they see the world.

I'm very sociable, warm, and easygoing. I truly love food, deep conversations, and cooking for others. Sharing a good meal, a glass of wine, and heartfelt talks is my favorite way to connect. I believe in genuine encounters — the kind that leave you feeling a little more human, a little more alive.

Traveling for me is not just about places, it’s about people. I love meeting those who live differently than I do, learning from them, and exchanging moments that matter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I believe in meaningful connections. I don't want to just visit a place — I want to experience it through the people who live there. Couchsurfing feels like an invitation to share life with others, even if just for a night or two.

Also… I’ll probably cook something delicious for you in return :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is part of my roots. I love Argentinian folklore (Mercedes Sosa is a big favorite — “Soy pan, soy paz, soy más” is my forever song), and I also enjoy classic Argentinian rock, Latin American rhythms, and anything that brings emotion or energy.

Books:
I read a lot, especially psychology and literature. One of my all-time favorite books is Letters to a Young Poet by Rainer Maria Rilke. I return to it often — it always grounds me and inspires me. I'm currently reading the second book in Elena Ferrante’s Neapolitan Novels saga and loving it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in India and Nepal for several months was life-changing. I worked with kids and families in very vulnerable contexts, and those experiences completely reshaped how I see the world, myself, and what really matters.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Spanish or how to cook Argentinian empanadas, milanesas, or chimichurri! I’d love to learn new recipes, local traditions, and ways of living that are different from mine.

I believe everyone has something unique to share — I’d love to learn your way of seeing the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Warmth, good conversation, curiosity, and food! I love to cook and share meals. I also travel with a few traditional Argentinian recipes to bring a little taste of my country wherever I go.

I'm clean, respectful, and happy to contribute however I can — whether it's helping in the kitchen, sharing stories, or just enjoying a calm night in.
