I traveled extensively in my 20's, mostly in Europe. I recently put my belongings into storage and have decided to go on a 2 year wander about. No agenda, no destination, just wandering around. Now that it is winter I am bopping around the states, this summer I am planning on going back to Europe, visit old friends and see what I didn't see last time I was there.

Fact is, traveling is expensive. I am so grateful that folks are willing to open their homes to strangers for free, when there are now other options. The more I can couch surf, the longer I can travel.
