About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Seek doing the good; Avoid doing the bad
ABOUT ME
I grew up in a small village in Bavaria until I was nearly bored to death. This was, when I decided to move to Berlin and to dedicate my life to traveling around the world and try my best to leave it one day better than it would be without me.
I did my Bachelor's in 'Regional Studies', that is about history, societies and languages of Asia and Africa and my MA in Agricultural Economics, including world agricultural markets, gender aspects, socio economics, rural development, critical whiteness, and much more... Most recently I finished my PhD in the same subject.
PHILOSOPHY
Never trust local train systems!!!
Always take a toothbrush!
You never regret swimming!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosted people from all over the world, and couchsurfed in many places;-)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
During my journey to Australia, I did a lot of "Globalfreeloading" which is a web side based traveller community, just as the couchsurfers. I've had great experiences, and I think the most interesting part of that is that it gets you in touch with the most different sort of people!

Teach, Learn, Share
I love understanding languages - that's not necessarily mastering every detail of grammar (being a German native speaker, I know how tricky things can get;-), but I'm rather fascinated by the vast spectrum how representatives of other language families can be organized.
What I Can Share with Hosts
German culture and language, best party spots, introduction into the fine art of everything...what this is? come to Goettingen and find out, haha! ;-)
