ABOUT ME

My husband and I are in our 40's with 2 teenage children at home. Although we work full time, we try to take time to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. We are eager to open up our home to respectful couch surfers and hopefully also be able to do some couch surfing ourselves. We are generally always available to host couch surfers between Friday night and Monday morning but weekdays are tough for us due to our work schedules. In certain circumstances, we may be able to make weekday arrangements. We live about 8 miles outside of Boulder in the City of Broomfield with easy access to either Denver or Boulder via public transit. As time allows, we would be happy to do a little sightseeing with you and if we are not available, we can make recommendations. We live in a townhome with lots of stairs so it might be tough if you are mobility impaired. You would have your own bedroom with a queen bed, your own bathroom and use of the kitchen as needed. We also have another available bedroom that is set up as a game room with an XBox, Wii, PlayStation that kids might find entertaining. This room has a twin bed and we would likely put single travelers in this room. We do have animals in our house so if you have allergies, or just don't like animals, this may not be the place for you. Children are welcome as are well behaved pets. On an unrelated topic, I have an affinity for sugar gliders and would love to share all I know about these fantastic creatures.
