I think couchsurfing provides a venue for people and culture to meet. To know one's culture is to live with them, eat with them and experience the roads less travelled.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share them what the Filipino people can offer, a nice overview of Manila and the Philippines based from my journalistic experience. I can also give them a glimpse of what Manila has to offer if and when our schedule permits.

But beyond the physical and material things that can be offered, it is the distinct Filipino hospitality which matters the most.
