I am a very open minded person, and I enjoy meeting new people and visiting new locations, as well as exploring different points of view on life. I like to spend time with people who I find interesting and share myself with them. I enjoy various kinds of activities, from partying to a quiet 1-on-1 conversation, good times are about enjoying the moment no matter what the situation :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have only been hosting people together with my Norwegian roommate Viktor (he has a profile of his own, including me in the description). We have hosted an Indian for about 19 days, and two Italians who were here for some days while the Indian was staying as well. Both, or all three encounters were very pleasant and we learned a lot about the different cultures and points of view on life from these visitors. We are still in contact with all three of them. However, I am very interested in surfing for myself, which I expect to do on most of my future vacations/trips.

Interests

Besides socializing and self exploration, my greatest passion is cinema and the story telling through moving pictures. Movies are a big part of my life, and I enjoy watching movies, especially with others, and talking about the different layers of meaning and so on. Other then that I spend time listening to music, reading and spend time with my two cats.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited Greenland in the summer and stood at the edge of the great ice plains wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a quiet substantial knowledge about movies, movie history and story telling in general. If you would like to watch movies, discuss them or anything related, there are few things I would rather do! I want to learn about different cultures and ways of life and get an insight into what makes everyone "tick" in their individual ways.
