ABOUT ME

I am so bad at these - but I guess I should try! I recently graduated from university and I am using the next few months to travel around the world - hoping that the experiences I will have and the people I will meet will help me gain a little clarity. I love to read and watch movies and do CRAFTS. I always have to be doing something with my hands, like baking or crocheting, but I like to do it while relaxing. I love animals, I have 4 cats and 2 dogs (yes, it's a bit of a zoo) and I love them all dearly. I'm a little shy, but I love making new friends and meeting new people!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that you need to be bold and do what makes you happy (even if it's a little out of your comfort zone) - you only live once!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, I am travelling so I am only surfing. But in the future, once I get my own place, I would love to open my home to surfers from everywhere.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a huge bookworm and movie fanatic - it's better for me to just say that I primarily enjoy fantasy. As for music, since I'm usually at the whim of the radio, I mostly listen to American Top 40.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Nerd moment! In Thailand I was able to ride an elephant into the jungle, where I read the HP 7 for the first time, in the jungle, during a tropical storm which blue out all of the torches. It was so surreal.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn to crochet and surf! And as for teaching, I'm a pretty good baker - although I don't know the metric system.
