About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I signed up on this site upon the suggestion of a friend. he told me to loosen up and go out of my comfort zone. I’m thinking of offering a couch for others and listening to their stories. For there, I could take courage to travel myself.
ABOUT ME
I’m a typically reserved type of guy, introvert and quite shy at first. Unlike others, I’m poor at conversation. But once you catch my interest, my face brightens up—I can’t hide it.
PHILOSOPHY
My interest in couchsurfing might be traced from a very early childhood experience. I was three or four years old then. It was the first time I boarded a plane. My mom was then too busy with the baggage, so a stranger volunteered to carry me down the plane. It was a strange generosity. Strange coz of the unidentified person, and strange because of its impact on me. I just wanna pay forward. That’s my philosophy.
Interests
Politics doesn’t interest me. I'm no TV fan too. I’ve got limited interest for now. Anything related to my dissertation is of utmost importance to me. I’m working on Emmanuel Levinas and his influence in literary studies. This stuff has preoccupied me too much that I’m living it every day.
