I'm Andrea and from Taiwan. Now I am studying my master's degree at the University of Edinburgh. I just start my couchsurfing journey to explore UK!
Currently, I can't host people in Taiwan but I am very happy to hang out with people who come to Edinburgh!
I have learned dancing over 5 years but I am a bit rusty after coming to UK since I am so busy for studying here. However, if you are interested in dancing, I am very happy to teach you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like to travel and meet new people that why I do couchsurfing! I believe couchsurfing is a good way to learn new cultures. Also, I wanna practice my English!

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently, I am reading lean startup since my major is entrepreneurship and innovation. I believe that one day I will run my own business! Actually, I didn't read a lot. Reading is my new habit after I came to UK.

My favourite singer is Ed Sheeran! He is a talent that I love all of his songs!

In terms of movies or dramas, I prefer Korean dramas but I still watch Sherlock Holmes, Reign, Elementary!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think studying overseas is an amazing thing I have done so far. Staying in a country you have not been before. For me, using English for learning is somehow challenging but exciting!

If you want to run your business in the future or you have any business idea, I am very happy to talk to you! I learned a lot of theories and knowledge about entrepreneurship in my course. Maybe I can give you some suggestions but no professional ways haha.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach Chinese and Taiwanese cultures! If you want, we even can have a cultural dinner that I can cook some Chinese food! Also, if you interest studying overseas, I can share my experience!
