ABOUT ME

We are Tim and Bobbi. I(Tim)am a 50+ Sign Language Interpreter hoping to see all I can in the time I have left. Bobbi is the angel that puts up with me. No one knows how long we have left but I feel we better get busy now. Just went to Hawaii and now want to go to places where snorkeling and beaches are the mainstay of the area. After we get our fill of beaches (doubt that will ever happen) I want to see Europe.

PHILOSOPHY

If it's peaceful and voluntary, I'm for it.
Individual freedom. Do whatever you want as long as you respect and never harm others. Seems simple to me but so many folks seem to balk at encountering a free individual. Nationalism and Patriotism, to me, is just a reason to hate people you don't even know. I live in America but I absolutely reject and abhor what the US government (ANY gov't, really) does to people all around this world. They do not represent me or my beliefs and I choose to opt out of their "system" wherever I can while avoiding being thrown into one of their cages.

We stayed with friends while in Hawaii so although it was "couchsurfing" it wasn't through this site.

Interessen

Deaf Community and their language/culture.
Want to taste the various cultures. I'm sort of a "foodie". Bobbi likes what she likes (kind of a "meat and potatoes" girl but she loves spicy foods) and I want to try all the foods I can.
