ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Alaska, I've seen a lot that many have not and haven't seen most that many have. I will serve in the Peace Corps, so traveling will happen then. Stateside, I direct and teach children's theatre while also writing and producing my own works as well. Looking to put my education forward to a good cause, I want to empower those around me to tell their stories to reach new heights.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy professor called me a nihilistic transcendentalist. My dad calls me a socialist.My mom thinks I'm a humanist (but she wouldn't use the word humanist).My grandma raised me Catholic. I think I could be an anarchist.I believe in life and love and the enduring nature of the human spirit. And I hope to learn more about everything via my travels.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As of now, I can show people Anchorage and Kenai at my house and at the pleasure of my parents'. I also am looking to travel and surf in Asia. I am very respectful of boundaries and look forward to seeing what the fates have in store!

兴趣

I have a newfound love of journaling. I am currently reading Cloud Atlas. Due to my theatre background, I like seeing shows or just seeing people. I like food, but my budget prefers peanut butter. I wrestle and snowboard and have loved going out to pubs and clubs and meeting people!

I've travelled across parts of Europe and North America, expert in culture shock.

I'd love to learn how to cook better than I do. I love food but unfortunately I am only qualified in microwave and some stovetop cooking.
