ABOUT ME

Since I have a hard time describing myself, for I grew up in cultures where it is deemed not humble, I will try to point out the traits I long for in my everlasting self improvement.
- Make plans and stick with them and never flake on your friends.
- Be true to yourself and appreciate the simple things in life such as the smile people put on their face. Or that I put on them.
-Be giving as it releases more dopamine, the happiness hormone, than receiving.
- Never settle for mediocre food, go to the extra mile to make and eat GOOD FOOD, because food does not just fill the stomach, but also our emotions.
-Travel overseas at least 2wice a year, preferable with a loved one, if not make new friends and loved ones.
-Never ever ever settle for working too much—hard and too much is different—because wealth is not $$$$ but the time you have to spend with people you love and doing what you love.
-Dance! Just move and Dance with a big smile!
-Never ever watch TV, instead, spend that time doing any one of the above
-Don't be selfish. Always be aware of others and their needs.
