Ive lived in U.S for 17 years and recently came back to my countryside of Mt. fuji japan to finally make my dream come true of opening my own restaurant. Id love meeting people and cooking for them, and travelling to get inspired. So, I travel to new places for a couple of months when business slows down in january and february(it gets minus 15 celcius)
