Why I’m on Couchsurfing

On the 9th of August 2013, me and my husband Emre quit our jobs and started a journey of travelling around the world. For 11 months we travelled in South America, North America and Asia. Now we are back home but travelling is still in our blood provoking us to travel and meet new people more and more. During our world tour we preferred to stay in Hostels and meet new people there. Now we wish to meet local people more and stay in local houses to explore their living styles also. Another thing is hosting all kinds of different people which gives us the opportunity to practice our dream of stating a new business, a new hostel in Istanbul
