À propos de moi
ABOUT ME
I studied Latin & Greek at university that's probably where my fascination with language began, but nowadays I teach English to Spanish kids while trying to keep myself busy in my free time with music . My ears are very drawn to languages and sound. I am happiest when I'm learning about these things.
I've been living in Madrid for 8 years so I know it pretty well and I like showing people around the city which I have made my adoptive home. I love cooking for people, singing and learning about other cultures.
I live with my boyfriend Luis in Malasaña, and now we have a decent sofa, we can host again. Our last apartment was sadly too small. Luis is a data scientist and he's also quite obsessed with languages and ukuleles.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I think this is a great project, and I would love to show anyone around the beautiful city of Madrid where I currently live. I think that cultural exchange is extremely important for creating a better and more tolerant world.
Madrid is an intriguing city steeped in history and it's energy is vibrant and seductive. I have grown to know it and love it. I'd be delighted to share my passion for this city with anyone who wants to experience it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have yet to surf, but I have hosted a few people now in Madrid :)
I like the fact that you never know exactly what someone new is going to bring into your life. I've learnt that all meetings and people are significant and that time with people, however brief, should be valued.
Centres d'intérêt
I love Game of Thrones, Linguistics, ukuleles, writing songs and singing. I like eating out and experimenting in the kitchen.
