HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed and enjoy meeting up at CS events and hearing stories. Couch Surfers are good people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed my way back from Quebec City. At all three couch surfing stops I was welcomed and treated like a new friend. There’s no better way to explore a new place and immerse yourself in the local culture!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

We both enjoy Sci-Fi and Fantasy books. Jo Graham, Iain M. Banks, Neil Gaimon, Guy Gavriel Kay and China Mieville are some of our favourites.

Some of our all time favourite movies are Buckaroo Banzai, The Fifth Element, Little Nicky, Queen of the Damned, Chronicles of Riddick, Serenity and Tank Girl.

Some of our favourite groups are Bjork, Fat Man Waving, The Horseflies, and Shooglenifty.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Flagging down a train in the rain at 1:00 am in the remote bush of northern Manitoba. Snow shoeing in the middle of a dead calm night with the screeches of an owl hunting overhead. Canoeing in the pitch black of night in North West Ontario - dipping paddles into unseen water and hearing the air move as bats hunted in the dark.
