ABOUT ME

Proud father of 2 lovely kids, 3rd one coming up.
My wife is from Germany, who came to Leuven and couldn't leave :)
Trying to start a business at the moment, so lately less time to go travelling around.
But happy to host surfers in Leuven, if possible with the kids of course...

CULINARIY...enjoying good food of all kitchens...beer of course as a Belgian...red wine is mostly part of my diners...

FARMING...the love for farming came from my grandparents...i'll buy a small farm myself and do some hobby farming...

All about eggs! From throwing it on the ground without breaking, throwing it against a wall (you should try, very nice) or pealing a boiled egg...
Although after 6 years of work on eggs, I'm still not persistently able to cook a soft-boiled egg...
