I have been living in Hungary for almost 4 years now. I am going to university here, studying literature and film. I spent much more time with playing music and cooking though, and it seems my mission to combine all that somehow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been travelling and couchsurfing a bit in the last years, participated in some couchsurfing communities a while back.
Why I am on couchsurfing? I guess for the same reasons as most people :) It's just much nicer and more personal than staying in hostels. I am glad if I can just stay on somebody's couch, and if the person can tell me or show me something of the city, I am even more happy. If I know anything that you would like to know it I am happy to share.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all different kinds of music. At the moment I am mostly into Latin American music, Funk, and I am interested in all types of folk music (except for the German one).

With movies I am extremely tolerant, I can like almost anything if I am in the right mood. I saw some older films from the Balkans that I liked a lot, and I would like to find more.

some authors I like are Bukowski, Carson McCullers, Ray Bradbury, Margaret Atwood, George Orwell, Armistead Maupin. and many many others.

I would be very happy to exchange music.
If you want to learn some dishes, especially Hungarian ones with lots of onion, bacon and paprika, I can show you that as well.
