i live for 2 things: helping people, and exploring. both are things i think make for a pretty good couchsurfer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

couch-surfed in brussels and amsterdam with a friend of mine who found people off of this website, and once i realized what a great resource this is, i had to sign up. have done it a few times now, and have made some great friends on here... i love couchsurfing!

Music, Movies, and Books

i love the romantics, the beats, nature writers, political writers, and everything from poetry to short stories to essays... i love to read.

musically, i love bluegrass, folk, blues, reggae, rock music of the more mellow varieties, and lots of different experimental, indie-ish types of music. also, concerts are one of my favorite things ever.

my favorite kind of movies are ones that make me laugh, ones that make me think, and ones that can transport me somewhere else for a couple hours. i'm not very picky... except sandra bullock--i refuse to watch anything with sandra bullock.

i like to share my music, my books, my ideas, and my city (wherever that happens to be). i can also help people improve their english. also, currently trying to learn banjo... wish me luck with that one!
