ABOUT ME

I'm currently travelling in North America, it's my first time outside of Europe; so far, it has been an amazing experience. I was living in Vancouver since September last year and figured it would a shame not to take in some of the States before I return home. This has been my first real experience of travelling solo, I've met some great people along the way and I'm hoping through Couch Surfing, I'll be able to meet many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The usual famous landmark / attraction / viewpoint moments aside, chance encounters with strangers I've met along the way have left the biggest impression on me. In Paris, it was a girl who couldn't speak any English (and me, very little French), who, without even asking, but presumably seeing the confused expressions, went out her way to help me get to where I was heading. Or, just twenty minutes after meeting at a hostel, feeling a genuine connection with someone, just from discovering you like the same book.

Teach, Learn, Share

Could help with anyone looking to learn English, I'm also available for Chopstix duets, if anyone has a piano. Not sure how much weight this carries, but I could also make some traditional English food. (Forget I mentioned that, if that's a negative! ;))
