Hey all! I am 18 years old, Vancouver born and raised!I am kinda new to the whole CouchSurfing thing, so hoping It actually works out! In case your wondering I am half Japanese and half Irish. I like to think I am a pretty friendly person, I like making new friends and doing crazy things!

Why am I couch surfing? Why not?! The world is a big and beautiful place and many of us live and die in the same corner without experiencing the wonders of travel! And the whole concept is incredible as well, People are much more friendly and open then we tend to think so why not meet and share some incredible memories with new friends! I NEVER want to tell my kids I wish i had done something, Life is about taking risks and having an adventure!

I am currently studying 20th century history and international political science so those would probably be some key interests to say the least! I cannot emphasize enough how much of a ski bum I can be at times ! ;) Basically all my friend and I do at every opertunity! I also used to row competitively and played rugby for most of my life. I follow the NFL, NHL, NRL and Aussie rules football pretty extensively. Avid Redditor for those who know what that is! haha

I sadly will admit that I do listen to country music exclusively! Big shoutout to my boys Kip Moore, Jason Aldean, and Luke Bryan! If you're watching Lord of the rings, or Star Wars, I am sorry but I will be quoting every single line. TV? dont even get me started. Big Bang theory? Modern family? Blue mountain state? Archer? Game of thrones?! I am your man! Dont get the chance to read as much for pleasure as I wish... University does that, but Lord of the rings and Game of thrones are my yearly re-reads forsure!

I can proudly say that I have competed at a national level at rowing! Thats kind of amazing, but I think the most amazing? Probably skiing completely naked in Nelson with -25 degree weather! ;) 10/10 would recommend!
