Overview
About Me
I am currently a history teacher because I love History, specifically medieval history of the world. When I travel, culture and history are on the top of list for I look for when deciding where to go. I enjoy reading, mostly I try to brush up on medieval history, not because I don’t like other topics, but because I want to be inspired to write my own some day.
I am a fairly active person, I enjoy cycling, hiking, going to the gym, and playing rugby league. I love to actively explore places of natural beauty, as I find this refreshing whilst also challenging.
As part of my career and my lifestyle, I enjoy being part of a community whilst also experiencing other communities. I hope Couchsurfing can assist me in my goal to share culture as well as teach me about the communities I visit.
I am very easy going, and love a good chat. I am vegan so
I do hope that I can share some good vegan cooking with people, but I am not against anybody eating meat, I’ve not been vegan long.
I look forward to finding people to chat, bike, eat, and hike with :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet new people around the world who can really show me what it is like to be in the place they are from.
