I'm a very open minded person who has an insatiable thirst for knowledge. I love learning and am very attracted to the mysteries of the world. I currently work as a chemist in a medical company and am certified as a biomechanics specialist as I am striving to start a business as a personal trainer. When I'm not at work then I am working with clients. As a biomechanics specialist I help get people out of pain and moving better. When I'm not working then I am reading about nutrition, fitness, history, and fantasy/ fiction when I can. I'm a big food enthusiast and grew up eating home cooked food for breakfast lunch and dinner every day of my life made by a magnificent cook. I love good homemade food and I absolutely love trying exotic cuisine.

I grew up spending my life hunting and exploring in the national forest where I live. I've had many adventures out there, other than that it's hard to think of anything else of note. I guess calling some things I've done amazing would depend on who you are and what you have experienced.

I help people restore their posture and proper biorhythms through trigger point therapy and corrective exercise. People have used the system that I am certified in to correct dysfunctions such as scoliosis and sciatic nerve pain. If you're not interested in that then I'm sure I can share any number of other things that I have learned. And, most importantly I hope to learn from you.
