Overview
About Me
I first left the country this March at 28 years old and haven't looked back. I'm now 29 and have traveled to Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia, Colombia and am currently in Guatemala, making my way down through Central America and South America. I am currently taking Spanish lessons and hope to be somewhat fluent before leaving. I care about the environment, children and learning, am very open to new experiences & I enjoy a challenge. I am a hard worker, honest and easy going and have all different types of friends from around the world. I spent the first five months of my travels with a company called Remote Year, where I worked from my computer at a company in San Francisco, California. I am currently in between jobs and am looking for remote work or to establish a new career path in one of the countries I visit. Thank you for your consideration and I hope we have the opportunity to meet one day soon!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am looking to make a positive impact in the countries I visit whether that be working with the local community, a nonprofit, volunteer work, etc. and hopefully pick up some skills along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like many types of music, hip hop is probably my favorite. Very open minded when it comes to movies & books but I have a high standard when it comes to both. As long as I am entertained, learn something or both, then I am happy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked with a nonprofit organization in Vietnam which rescues stray children, those without families, and provides them with a safe place to live, learn and grow into productive and happy adults.
