About Me

I've been dreaming about this for so long and it's finally here. I think I did things a bit backwards, getting a good education and a job first, then going to travel and explore different cultures and ideologies second. Currently traveling the world until I'm dirt poor and then some.

I have a masters degree in electrical engineering. I love math, technology, science and all that fun stuff, but I've also been binging on it and now it's time to explore the other aspects of life.

If it's in the mountains, I'll partake. I've been rather obsessed with rock climbing lately but would also love to find friends to backpack with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Quit my job and now I'm taking a solo trip around Europe and Asia. I want to see the innards of the society and meet open-minded fun people and other travelers.

Always down to climbing and/or get weird.

Außerdem, ich versuche jetzt mein Deutsch zu verbessern. Kannst du mir helfen??

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed a 400ft tower of trad crack climbing without a fall, BAM!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always happy to share my knowledge of math and programming, specifically Python, Matlab and scientific computing. I don't have too much experience with app development and those trendy things, but I know a little and the fundamentals of programming hold no matter the task.

Rock climbing! I will only be traveling with a harness and shoes, but if you have the gear I would be happy to teach you about the sport or help you take your climbing to the next level! Or if you just need a climbing partner, I do too!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm no professional chef, but my grandma is 100% Italian. I'm also a bit OCD in the cleanliness department, so I'm happy to contribute what I can there.
