ABOUT ME
I'm Tyler, a Kiwi freshly migrated to Sweden.
I studied Engineering wanting to do my part in shifting the world away from fossil/ unsustainable fuels. My long term goal is to run or work for an international business, where my ideas can become reality and we can stop burning this planet. I'm passionate about the environment, which is unfortunate because I absolutely love the sound of a screaming engine.
I'm also hugely into the Arts - I love watching live performances.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here to meet interesting people from different backgrounds - swap life experiences and maybe learn something from each other.
I want to get into the heart of Stockholm, not where the tourists are. Really find out what this city has to offer, and what it's about.
Buuuut I also want to save a few bucks and avoid sleeping in a hostel dorm ;) Which would be greeeeeat.

But nah I'm pretty good company and a decent genuine guy, we'll have fun :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music is broad and confusing.
But what I love most is House - deep, progressive, tech, Jazz... that kinda stuff.
But I also love a bit of Trance, DnB or various Indie genres.
No matter what it is, if it's good music, I can probably get into it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a month in the Aussie outback..... it was hot. I got dehydrated a few times.
Spent a night in Berghain.... it was hot. I got dehydrated a few times.

Maybe not "One" thing - but the experience was much the same.

Saw that "slap a chicken to cook it" thing?
Well that's what I studied. So we could totally sit around and calculate all the ways to cook a chicken.

-Shouting at the chicken?
