Hello! My name is Tyler and I’m a group fitness and wellness coach from Michigan! Music, Movies, and Books

I can appreciate a little something from every musical genre. For movies, the last couple years I’ve actually really been getting into dramas and paying close attention to dialogue. The more profound, the better. In terms of books, I’m into nerdy non fiction stuff; psychology, nutrition, neuroscience, philosophy, etc. My favorites are The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, The Road Less Traveled by Dr. M. Scott-Peck, 12 Rules for Life by Dr. Jordan Peterson and A Philosopher’s Notes by Brian Johnson.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once meditated everyday for at least 10 min/day for 90 days (well, it was actually about 85/90 😅 but still!)
