I work at Michigan State University as a financial administrator. I grew up in Michigan, completed my undergraduate degree at Grand Valley State University and my graduate degree at Western Michigan University. During my time in undergrad I lived in a residence hall (dormitory) that placed U.S. students with international students. It was a great experience getting to know people from all over the world and learn about their culture and traditions, and this has evolved into my interest in traveling. I've been married for 4 years, and my wife and I have 3 wonderful dogs.

I am open to new experiences and will try almost anything once. I enjoy going out with friends, meeting new people, spending time outdoors, playing sports, hiking, and running.
