ABOUT ME

My life revolves around adventure. I have been studying at the University of Waterloo since 2004. Studies and work have been an opportunity to experience a big chunk of North America (including the Arctic), as well as a taste of Europe and the Middle East. Outdoor sports are my passion, hydrogeology is my profession.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It can sometimes be hard to break away from the big cities when traveling. I see hosting as an opportunity to help people experience small town and rural culture in Canada. Finding people to help you plan a trip into the outdoors can be especially difficult in a place you do not know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While I have surfed on many a couch, I am still pretty new to the online community and looking forward to getting involved!
