ABOUT ME

I was born in a huge mountain area in Sichuan, China, so I had a very narrow view about this world before I moved to the capital city, Chengdu, of the province when I was 9 years old.I was then suddenly exposed to the "outside" world which is distinguishingly different from the one that I got used to for nearly 10 years.

I kept being very curious and open-minded about everything since all the things were totally new and unfaimliar.I made my way through in the new environment and obtained some incredible personal achievements among peers.

I love meeting and talking with people with all different and unique backgrounds and I always feel that is the most cheerful and inspiring way to propel myself to move forward. That's also why I love traveling a lot.Tome, travel doesn't only mean sightseeing distinct scenery on this earth but more importantly, mean exploring the culture and people who really give one place its characteristics and uniqueness.

I used to travel a lot within my own country when I was young and I was constantly amazed by the various and rich natural and cultural distinctions from one place to another even though they are all in the same country.

Later on, I began to travel to other countries, which, again, surprised me with even greater diversity and opened up my eyes and mind to accept nearly all the things I've never experienced, or seen, or heard before. How interesting life becomes by moving around!

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to experience everything that is doomed to happen.

I take and enjoy every moment, no matter it is filled with happiness or sadness, because that's how I learn and grow up.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about couchsurfing when I was volunteering in Guatemala for the first time. A local traveler talked with me about his amazing couchsurfing experience when he was traveling in Europe. I was totally drawn to his experience and since then wanted to try it in person one day.
