CURRENT MISSION

To travel as much as possible while I work on cruise ships, meet as many different people from as many different places as I can, become a more empathetic person, help people in a real and meaningful way.

ABOUT ME

I'm a musician currently working on cruise ships. I enjoy deep discussions and trying to have meaningful experiences wherever I go. Traveling is one of my favorite activities, and I love exploring new places.

PHILOSOPHY

I think meaning is up to us to create, and that's why I enjoy meeting as many different people as I can. It's fascinating how people come to believe and think the way they do and how they derive meaning in their lives. I love to figure that out, and it informs my own thinking along the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving into Portland, OR, at night and seeing the city laid out along the river.

Seeing Jupiter and Saturn with my own eyes, for the first time, through a telescope.

Being around people who have similar motivations in life, discussing what matters most to us, and figuring out what makes us happy.

I have a music education degree and am working hard to become a good musician. Trumpet is my instrument. I'm willing to talk music with anyone, especially those who are trying to get better. I also enjoy discussing just about anything; it doesn't have to be related to music.
