ABOUT ME

Extremely upsentminded, very upsentminded or a bit upsentminded depending on the day. Three quarters of outgoing, and a quarter of shy. Very good listener. A bit autistic when it rains. Positive about life. Humorous, in basque, not so in English I'm afraid. Too brain oriented, learning not to be though. I don't know, my teacher used to tell me not to use 'nice'. But then, I think I'm a nice guy that likes being with nice people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was going to say that I'm a beginner. I am, and I am not. I've travelled quite a lot and have had many visitors from all around the world. I want to keep on doing the same, that´s all.

Musica, film e libri

I aways say that I love all kind of movies, but then can´t remember one when asked. I remember "sin city" surprised me (don't miss the comic!) and I deeply enjoyed 'his and hers' when I was in Ireland. I've recently discovered the series 'breakin bad' on the net, I strongly recommend it. I normally listen to the music at home, and mostly when I want to relax. I like Basque singers like Laboa or Ruper, and then Morcheeba, CocoRosie, Bebe, Anthony&Johnsons, Thievery Corporation, Tracy Chapman and... always felt that doesn´t make much sense to list singers but to share what they make us feel. For example, Herman Dune makes me feel 'sinple'. Books, sorry, again mostly Basque authors. Unai Elorriaga, Uxue Alberdi, Harkaitz Cano, Irati Jimenez... The last ones I liked in English were, Teacher Man and The catcher in the Rye. Hey! And I almost forgot! First part of 1Q89.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

First of all, and imposible to forget. Something about a guy and Marocco and Spain that I can´t tell here.
And then, Lions eating a still living buffalo in Tanzania; my father singing bertsos; a funeral in Sulawesi; diving in Bunaken; Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia; people in Malawi, Belfast...

Insegna, impara, condividi

Learn how to play La- and Mi+ (A minor,E mayor), and you can sing and play a beautiful basque song. It takes half an hour!! I'm a complete beginner but I could teach you that, and three or four songs more!
