Hi, I’m Udaya from Nepal — a passionate traveler, photographer, and storyteller who finds joy in connecting with people and discovering the beauty of everyday life through my lens.
I started my photography journey back in 2012 while living in Australia, where I learned how travel and photography can beautifully blend into a way of life. My first Couchsurfing experience was in 2017 during a road trip across Tasmania — it was unforgettable! The kindness of strangers, the shared stories, and the laughter around simple meals reminded me how travel brings people together in the most meaningful ways.
Since then, I’ve continued to explore the world — from mountain trails in Nepal to vibrant cities abroad — capturing faces, cultures, and emotions along the way.

I joined the Couchsurfing community to keep that spirit alive: meeting open-hearted travelers, sharing experiences, and creating memories that go beyond borders.
I’m easygoing, curious, and always up for deep conversations, cultural exchanges, and spontaneous adventures. Whether it’s exploring a hidden corner of a city, hiking to catch a sunrise, or cooking together, I believe every encounter adds a beautiful chapter to our shared journey.
